Pace Law Review hosted the Spring 2024 Symposium, “Bioethics after Dobbs,” at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University on Friday, April 5, 2024.
The Symposium brought together legal scholars, bioethicists, practitioners and interested members of the community in discussing the implications of the Supreme Court’s holding in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, with a focus on health law, ethics, and policy of reproduction. Submissions by panelists will be published in a special Symposium Edition of Pace Law Review this upcoming Fall 2024.
All four of our panels were recorded and are available below to view.
